Visits & technology
We prioritize your privacy above everything. All consultations are conducted via encrypted, HIPAA-compliant channels and your data is stored on secure, password-protected servers with strict confidentiality protocols.
Just a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. No special software installations are required — we use secure, widely available telehealth platforms that work in your browser.
Most consultations are scheduled for 20–30 minutes. That gives us time for a thorough discussion plus any follow-up questions you may have.
Yes. Follow-up messaging is part of the visit. If something changes or you have a question after you leave the call, send a message and we'll get back to you.
Yes, visits can be done through secure messaging. If the provider needs some clarity on symptoms, a quick video visit will be recommended.
Eligibility & location
Confide Health is licensed in Connecticut. You must be physically located in CT at the time of your visit. We'll always ask to confirm — it's a state licensing requirement.
Our practice focuses on young adult women's sexual and reproductive health, but we welcome patients 18+ for the services we offer.
Yes in some cases we can offer Expedited Partner Therapy through your visit.
Pricing & insurance
We're cash-pay only, which keeps things simple, fast, and private. You'll always know what your visit costs upfront — no surprise bills.
Visits range from $70 to $120 . You can see all pricing on our Book Online page.
All major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at booking through a secure processor.
Treatment & prescriptions
We provide care across STI testing and treatment, contraception, UTIs, BV, yeast infections, emergency contraception, and personalized sexual health guidance.
When clinically appropriate, yes — and prescriptions are usually sent the same day to the pharmacy you choose.
If testing is needed, we'll order labs at a Connecticut location near you and review your results with you once they're back. Not everything can be diagnosed over a screen, and that's okay.
If your concern needs in-person care, we'll tell you and help you find the right next step — urgent care, a local provider, or the ER if it's urgent. A full refund will be provided.
Here at Confide Health, you have the choice to bill your insurance for lab tests or pay out pocket for testing- Cash pay for the entire visit will ensure there will be no insurance bills sent home from the lab
