OUR STORY

Why Confide Health exists.

Hi, I’m Alexis —founder of Confide Health.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in women’s health. I started my career as a Labor and Delivery nurse, then moved into an outpatient OB/GYN setting before becoming an APRN specializing in Women's Health.

I earned my BSN from Adelphi University and my Master’s from Stony Brook University, and I’m ANCC Board Certified in Family Health.

I created Confide Health because healthcare should actually fit into your life. Too often, long wait times and rigid schedules make it harder than it should be to get the care you need.

Whether you’re in college, building your career, or juggling both—your time matters. Your privacy matters. And you deserve care that works on your schedule.

Confide Health is designed to be modern, accessible, and centered around you—so you can get the care you need, without putting your life on hold.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

The values that shape every visit.

These aren't posters on a clinic wall. They're how we run the practice — every message, every prescription, every follow-up.

Privacy first

Every message, every visit, every record — private by design and HIPAA-secure.

Judgment-free

We've heard it all. Bring your real questions; we'll meet you where you are.

Respect your time

Quick replies, simple intake, no waiting rooms — ever.

Personalized care

Treatment plans built around your body, lifestyle, and goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Care that respects your time and your story.

A real conversation

Tell us what's going on in your own words. We'll ask the right follow-ups.

A clear plan

You'll leave the visit knowing exactly what's next — treatment, testing, or both.

Real follow-up

Need to circle back? Message us. We're not done when the prescription is sent.

"Honestly the first time I've felt heard by a provider. I messaged at 9am and had a prescription at my pharmacy by lunch."
